THE COMPANY

Founded in 1987 R and G Sheet Metal Workers (Pty) Ltd is one of the largest CNC sheet metal concerns in South Africa. Incorporated under the R and G umbrella, is in-house powder coating Unirack which supply 19" Server cabinets, wall boxes and accessories, and fully functional Tool room.

R and G supplies to a wide range of industries including Electrical, Locomotive, Banking, Signage and automotive with emphases and quality and service.

Our dedicated and highly skilled work force are proud of the quality of their workmanship and are encouraged to interact with management wherever improvements can be made. With in-house Powder Coating Plant operating both Camelback and batch Ovens, R and G is able to offer comprehensive services to our clients.


	BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT R and G Sheetmetal is currently a LEVEL 5 CONTRIBUTER. The company has empowered its entire workforce by selling 49% of the company to management and members of staff. The concept of every single employee owning his own share of the business will ensure that only the highest levels of production and workmanship will always be maintained by the company.
