POWDER COATING
State of the art powder
coating facilities are available at
the Powder Coating
Factory. All material manufactured
at R and G Sheetmetal
passes through our 7 (seven) stage
zinc phosphate cleaning process
before entering the electrostatic
powder coating plant.

Three Camel back
ovens bake powder coated material at
200°C and is used primarily for
large volumes. The 5 meter batch
oven is used to powder coat heavy
industrial products
Staff are shareholders in the
company, and therefore our clients
are assured that the quality of
powder coating meets international
standards.

TRACK RECORD
R&G Sheetmetal has been awarded
numerous major contracts over the years.
One of the most notable was the
upgrade
of the domestic terminal at
Johannesburg International Airport.
Together with our clients R&G Sheetmetal
was responsible for the manufacture and
installation of both the check in scales
and conveyors, as well as , the entire
baggage conveyor system which is in
excess of three kilometers long. Virtually
all the advertorial signage at the airport
was manufactured by the company.
